Véleményem:
Ez volt az a könyv, aminek miután elolvastam a fülszövegét azt mondtam ez már nekem is sok, ezt én sem fogom elolvasni. Aztán olvastam egy pár pozitív értékelést és láttam, hogy egy-két díjra is jelölték... Szóval megvettem. Először is le kell szögeznem, hogy a fülszöveg csalóka. Ez nem egy erotikus könyv. Nem is annyira fontos a szereplők közötti "szexuális" viszony. Persze ez a kapcsolat bonyodalmakat okoz a történetben, de a hangsúly a két szereplő tragikus életén, életkörülményein, érzelmein van.
Ez a könyv nem szórakoztató könyv, ez egy olyan történet, ami elgondolkodtat, ami felnyitja az ember szemét. Nem bántam meg, hogy elolvastam, de nem is tudom hogyan csillagozzam.
Igazság szerint annyira nem durva a történet, mint ahogy azt először a fülszöveg elolvasása után gondoltam. A főszereplők törődtek egymással, megmentették egymás életét. Azon gondolkodtam én milyen voltam 13 évesen... Ebben a korban volt először barátom, aki idősebb volt nálam (nem volt akkora korkülönbség mint a főszeplők között), persze én nem jutottam el addig mint Wavy és Kellen, mert én még nem voltam annyira érett. És itt jön a lényeg, ami miatt nem tudom elítélni a szereplőket. Wavy annyi mindenen ment keresztül, hogy tényleg idősebbnek lehet tekinteni a koránál. Ő már nem úgy viselkedett, nem úgy élt, mint egy 13 éves.
Az írásmód érdekessé tette a történetet, ugyanis nagyon sok nézőpontból ismerhetjük meg a sztorit. Nem csak Wavy, Kellen szemszögét olvashatjuk, hanem a rendőr, szociális munkás, tanárnő, barátok, szülők stb. gondolatait is megismerhetjük. Ami azért volt jó a történet szemszögéből, mert megismerhettük, hogy a különféle emberek, a külvilág hogyan reagál egy ilyen tabu kapcsolatra.
Ajánlom a könyvet azoknak, akik szeretnek elgondolkodtató könyveket olvasni. Akik szórakozást, könnyed kikapcsolódást várnak egy könyvtől, azoknak nem való ez a történet.

So I bought is, and I didn't regret reading it because the Hungarian blurb was illusive. This story's substance wasn't the sexual relationship between Wavy and Kellen, it wasn't an erotic romance. This book was about their feelings, their tragic past, of course their sexual relationship made the story complicated.
This book wasn't an entertaining book. This story made the readers thinking about these kind of taboo relationships. I really didn't regret reading it but I don't know how many stars I can give it.
I don't think it's a rough story or not as much as I thought after I first read the blurb. The main characters cared about each other, they saved each other's life. While I was reading I was thinking about the days when I was 13... I had my first boyfriend at the age of 13 and he was older than me (but the age difference was only 4 years). I wasn't so mature at that time, so nothing happened between us except kissing. And this is the essence: Wavy was so mature, she went through a lot, we could say she was older than her age, she wasn't living as a 13 year old girl.
The author's style made the story so interesting because we could read not just the 2 main character's POV, but we could see what the social worker, the teacher, the policeman, the friends, the parents etc ... thought about their relationship. So it was interestig to read so much POVs.
I recommend this book to those who love to read thoughtful stories.
