Sawyer?” I said in disbelief. Breaking into a huge grin, she started to run. I was still standing there in shock when she barreled into me, throwing her arms around my neck. She smelled fucking fantastic. You just surprised me is all.” “That was my plan.” She stepped back, and I figured my odor was probably repulsing her. “I stink, sorry. I went for a run earlier and I never showered. Then I painted the garage.” “I never mind the smell of sweat. It means hard work.” She brightened. “Will you run tomorrow? I’d love to go with you. “Sure. We can run tomorrow. I’m off again.” “Great! Although I’m probably way out of shape.” She made a face. “My work schedule is so crazy, I don’t run as much as I used to.” “You look great,” I told her. And it was true—she did look great. Maybe not quite as skinny as the last time I’d seen her, but the added curves looked good on her. My eyes wandered without my brain’s permission to her slightly fuller chest and rounder hips. Quickly, I attempted to look at her face again, but then my gaze lingered on her mouth. I remembered what it had looked like the other night in my fantasy as she’d wrapped her lips around my cock and moaned like it was the best thing she’d ever tasted. My dick twitched beneath my running shorts, and I cleared my throat. “You’ve got a favorite murder? Is there something I need to know?” She glanced down at her shirt and smiled. “It’s a podcast about true crime. I’m addicted.” “Never heard of it.” A sound of exasperation escaped her. “You live under a rock! My Review:

First I have to tell you I really love the cover. If I see it in a bookstore I'd definitely buy the book. The couple on the cover is so hot! And did you see that guy? His arm? #armporn 😍

The story was a beautiful, heartwarming love story with lovable characters and some really hot scenes. I recommend this book to those who love friends to lovers kind of stories. It's a really good one!

I became fond of not just Noah (it wasn't a question) but with Meg too. Honestly I loved the other characters too, I loved to read about the sister's relationship, their bond, and how they could speak about their problems with each other.

Noah was a hot cop and Meg's childhood friend. He always felt protective about Meg but they were just friends in the past. When Meg's relationship ended and she wanted to live a little, there were Noah who warmed her bed. The sex were perfect, they both cared about each other. I don't think they fell for each other in these few days, I think they were in love years ago. I totally understood them. Meg was beautiful, fitt and smart, a really good friend especially when he needed someone to rely on. Noah wasn't just hot but he was so caring, he cared about everyone (like the old woman who always called 911), not just his family. Melanie Harloe created the perfect bookboyfriend!

It's okay to feel things. Even for a man.

They were so good together even before they had sex. I loved their connection, that they were both there for each other.

If I want to be happy, I can't choose fear over love.

I really loved that the story was written in both of their POVs.

This book was so good for my romantic heart. I enjoyed reading it. I was smiling a lot while I was reading this sweet story. And the ending was perfect!5*

Először is meg kell jegyeznem, hogy nagyon tetszik a borító. Ha egy könyvesboltban látnám először, tuti megvenném a könyvet! Annyira jól néz ki a borítón szereplő pár együtt! És láttátok a pasit? És a karját? 😍

Ez a könyv egy szép, szívmelengető szerelmi történet volt, szerethető karakterekkel és néhány forró jelenettel.

Ajánlom a könyvet azoknak, akik szeretik azokat a sztorikat, ahol a főszereplők barátokból lesznek szeretők/szerelmespárok. Ez egy ilyen sztori, és igen jó!

Megszerettem Noah-t (ami nem volt kérdés) és Meg-et is. Őszintén szólva minden szereplőt szerettem. Olyan jó volt olvasni a nővérek kapcsolatáról, hogy mindig egymás mellett állnak, bármit megbeszélhetnek egymással.
Noah egy igazán szexi rendőr srác, aki Meg gyerekkori barátja. Noah már fiatalkoruk óta védelmezi Meg-et, de barátságon kívül soha nem volt köztük semmi a múltban. Amikor Meg kapcsolata zátonyra fut és elhatározza, hogy élni fog egy kicsit, Noah volt az, akivel megosztotta ágyát. A szex tökéletes volt, és igazán törődtek egymással (ahogyan eddig is). Nem hiszem, hogy ez alatt a pár nap alatt szerettek egymásba, véleményem szerint már évek óta szerették egymást, csak maguknak sem vallották be. De teljesen megértem őket, hogy gyengédebb érzelmeket tápláltak egymás iránt. Meg szép, okos és fitt nő, igazán jó barátja volt Noah-nak, főleg akkor, amikor a srácnak igazán szüksége volt támaszra. Noah nem csak egy jóképű pasi volt, hanem egy igazán nagyszívű srác, aki törődött mindenkivel, nemcsak a családjával (törődött például az öreg nénivel, aki ok nélkül hívogatta a 911-et). Tökéletes könyves pasit teremtett Melanie Harlow!
Igazság szerint én imádtam együtt a két főszereplőt, még akkor is nagyon jó párost alkottak, amikor nem volt közöttük szex. Szerettem a kettejük közti szoros kapcsolatot, azt, hogy mindig ott voltak egymás számára, amikor igazán szükségük volt egy barátra.
Szerettem, hogy a történet mindkettejük nézőpontját bemutatta.
Jól esett ez az édes sztori az én romantikus lelkemnek! Élveztem! És a befejezés tökéletes volt! 5*
